Two new cases of West Nile confirmed in El Paso County

Two more women tested positive for West Nile virus in October, according to the El Paso County Department of Public Health.

There has been a total of 30 confirmed cases in El Paso County this year.

Of the latest cases, one involves a 47-year-old women from the 79912 zip code.

The second involves a 53-year-old woman who lives in the 79907 zip code.
