2 Men shot to death in Socorro; Suspect on the loose

A manhunt is on in Socorro. The bodies of two men were found in a canal after authorities say they were shot to death. The call went out at around 7:30 Wednesday evening on the 9000 block of Apodaca. Police are treating this as a homicide investigation. They say the two men are in their mid to late twenties. Investigators believe the shooting happened between 4:30 and 5:30 pm. They are looking for a suspect. He’s described as a thin white man, blond hair and was last seen in a Chevy pickup truck. He was seen in the neighborhood around 6 pm.
