EPPD: Drunk driver caused gas pump fire
El Paso police say an alleged drunk driver crashed into an east El Paso gas pump late Sunday night, causing it to catch fire.
This happened at 11:42 pm at the Circle K by the intersection of Zaragoza and Vista del Sol. Police say the driver of a blue Chevy truck lost control and crashed into the pumps, knocking one out and crashing into a truck that was at another pump before coming to a stop.
Policemen we spoke with were not aware of any injuries.
