Car crashes into ditch in far east El Paso
El Paso police are searching for the driver who crashed his car into a ditch, and then ditched the passengers. It happened around 1:30 this morning near the intersection of Gateway West and Americas.
Police on the scene say the driver of a Ford Mustang lost control and crashed into the ditch, leaving behind two passengers: a male and a female. Police say the male passenger was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
It took about an hour for crews to get the Mustang out of the ditch.
