On September 11, 2012 the following items will be introduced (no discussion or public comment)

1. Lease between the City of El Paso and Mountain Star Sports Group, LLC
2. Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 017850 for the purpose of clarifying the ballot language regarding the Venue Project and Hotel Occupancy Tax Proposition
3. Ordinance amending Homestead exemption
4. Petition Ordinance

On September 18, 2012 the following items will go before City Council for discussion and action:

1. Lease between the City of El Paso and Mountain Star Sports Group, LLC (along with development and non-relocation agreements)* (Public hearing ,discussion and action)
2. Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 017850 for the purpose of clarifying the ballot language regarding the Venue Project and Hotel Occupancy Tax Proposition
