Law enforcement find apparent meth lab in Northeast El Paso
Federal agents went to a house in Northeast El Paso looking for one thing but said they found what looks like a meth lab at a home on Wednesday morning.
It happened at a home on the 10500 block of Kendall. Homeland Security Investigations agents searched the home along with the DEA and state police.
HSI agents were at the house to look for materials in an unrelated case when they said they stumbled upon the equipment.
ABC-7 spoke with the mother of the man who lives at that home. She said she can’t believe he’d be involved in criminal activity.
She said he has birth defects in both knees, can’t walk, and that he has sky high blood pressure.
She said her son’s name is Robert Earhardt. It was unknown Wednesday night whether Earhardt has been charged with a crime at this time.
