Morning wind kicks up dust, dirt across the city
Wind will continue through out the day, calming down by noon on Wednesday.
Strong winds whipped through the city early Wednesday morning, kicking up dust and creating a haze all through El Paso.
Gusts were strongest in West El Paso, but the ABC-7 newsroom got reports of eastside residents who said the wind was just as strong.
A Wind Advisory is in effect until 12:00 pm.
