Federal agents arrest former El Paso music teacher on child porn charges

Federal agents have arresterd a former El Paso music teacher on child porn charges.

Agents searched the home and computer of 43-year-old Albert Buck Hibbert earlier this month and investigators say they found images of children between ages of 3 and 10 years old being sexually exploited.

Investigators say he admitted being attracted to young girls and sought photos of young girls in bathing suirts or their underwear.

Hibbert was charged with possession of child pornography.

Hibbert worked at several El Paso schools between 1995 and 2012, including Austin, Burges, and Eastwood high schools.

He also taught at two Ruidoso elementary schools.

He last taught at El Paso Acadmey East but is currently unemployed.

ICE Homeland Security Investigations is asking for the public’s help to identify any possible victims related to this investigation.
