July 2014 Story: Fort Bliss introduces new major general

The City of El Paso will be seeing a new major general in town very soon.

Major Gen. Stephen Twitty will give his first public speech as the commander of Fort Bliss, a day after replacing Major Gen. Sean MacFarland.

Twitty will take over as commander on August 5th. He will be the keynote speaker at the El Paso Chamber of Commerce State of the Military address on August 6th.

Tickets for the event can purchased by calling (915) 534-0500 and prices range from $50-$70 a ticket.
