2 people found dead inside home on Eastridge street in East El Paso

El Paso Police’s Crimes Against Persons unit is investigating the deaths of two adults at an East Side Home.

Police received a welfare check call at around 10:20 a.m. Saturday for the home in the 9800 block of Eastridge.

Officers arrived at the home and learned that family members were concerned when they were unable to contact a person who they believed was inside of the home.

Officers entered the home and found the two people dead inside the home with the deaths appearing to be the result of a murder-suicide.

Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators were at the scene throughout the day and night Thursday investigating the scene.

Police are not releasing the identities of the decedents pending notifying next of kin.
