El Paso Sheriff’s Office: Kidnapping takes place near Horizon High
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Persons Special Crimes Unit is asking for your help in finding the person involved in a kidnapping case.
Officials say the kidnapping happened Friday around 5:15 p.m. near Horizon High School.
The person pictured was seen in the area at that time.
The truck was also located at the area of the Cinemark movie theaters on the 12000 block of Montana Avenue located in east El Paso.
