Search on for El Paso couple gone since Saturday

Police in West Texas have asked for the public’s help in locating an elderly El Paso couple missing since they apparently went for a drive.

El Paso police on Monday announced the search for Ricardo Beltran and his wife Martha Irma Beltran, who were last seen Saturday at their residence. The couple told relatives that they were going for a drive.

The Beltrans are both 75 years old and the husband has unspecified medical issues. Police say the Beltrans are known to visit nearby desert areas.

Police are looking for the couple and their SUV – a white 2005 Hyundai Tucson with Texas license plate DBF-247.
