29-year-old motorcyclist dies in single-vehicle crash in West El Paso
A 29-year-old man was killed Thursday morning while riding his motorcycle in West El Paso.
El Paso Police say Jesse Valdez of Anthony, N.M. was riding his motorcycle just after 10 a.m. when he tried to exit I-10 West to travel to Sunland Park Dr.
While on the off-ramp Valdez lost control of the motorcycle and crashed into a guardrail.
Valdez was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered life-threatening injuries. He died at hospital.
This is the 33 rd traffic-related death of 2013 compared to 37 at this time last year.
