Album Park turns into lake after heavy rainfall
Residents in east El Paso woke up to flooded streets and an inundated Album Park.
In some parts, water was knee-deep high.
It was completely covered with floodwater. The intersection of Wedgewood and Album was impassable for some drivers, but others took the risk anyway.
El Paso Water Utilities crews worked around the clock to clear the area, but hours later water levels still looked the same.
