Carlsbad New Year’s Eve Party rescheduled when alcohol supply truck crashed
The New Year’s Eve dance that was to be hosted at the Civic Center Annex was postponed when the supply truck carrying the alcohol crashed on its way to Carlsbad Monday afternoon, the Carlsbad Current-Argus reported.
Lucy Yanez, who was supposed to cater the event, said that the truck carrying the mixed-drink supplies had an accident on its way to Carlsbad from Albuquerque.
The party planner said the event will be moved to Friday.
