Fort Bliss soldiers involved in alleged shooting
Three soldiers from Fort Bliss are behind bars this weekend.
According to officials, they were arrested for allegedly shooting at a group at the Union Depot.
“We take all such incidents seriously,” Major Jospeh Buccino said in a released statement. “this is not representative of the overwhelming majority of Fort Bliss soldiers.”
The soldiers are charged with aggravated assault and discharging a weapon.
The police department has not released any information on the incident directly.
However, ABC-7 has learned the soldiers will face civilian charges.
Their names have not been released.
