Through our testing we have discovered some issues and a few of you saw that impact,” Karl Murphy, President/CEO of FirstLight, wrote in the email. “We test and retest so we can learn where problems might occur before we make the wholesale switch. Thank you for your patience and communicating with us as you experienced issues. We are working hard to keep these interruptions to a minimum.
“I want to continue to assure you, we have an expert team working on this ‘remodel’ of our technology,” Murphy wrote. “We are committing these extra resources to minimize the impact to you and your ability to manage your financial life. In the end, you will enjoy the following improvements:
Unplanned outages and downtime will be virtually eliminated. This will allow you to access your money and your accounts when you want.
Because our employees will have a system that requires fewer transitions from screen to screen and is more intuitive, they will be more efficient and accurate with each transaction or inquiry.
