Chihuahua’s continue win streak on road
The El Paso Chihuahuas’ bats are on fire! The Chihuahuas have won six consecutive games and eight of their last nine.
Sunday afternoon the Chihuahuas defeated the Salt Lake Bees 6-3 in extra innings. Tim Federowicz hit a three-run home run off the left field pole in the top of the 10th inning to take the lead and ultimately the win.
The Chihuahuas led 3-1 until a two-out, two-run single in the seventhby former Chihuahua Ryan Jackson tied the game. The Chihuahuas are now 4-4 in extra inning games.
They are 53-48 on the season.
