Wanted sex offender
El Paso County Sheriff’s office is searching for Robert Wayne Carroll – who left the El Paso Transitional Living Center yesterday.
Carroll is wanted for parole violation and an additional charge of failing to register as a sex offender.
His sex offenses include aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child, both of which were 16 year old girls.
