Jameill Showers: Former UTEP QB doing well for Cowboys

Former UTEP quarterback Jameill Showers has played well through two preseason games for the Cowboys. The undrafted rookie free agent tossed a touchdown pass against the 49ers, the lone bright spot in an otherwise abysmal night for Dallas.

Showers finished the night 8/17 for 80 yards and a touchdown, with one interception.

Showers will have another chance to impress on Saturday against the Minnesota Vikings. That game will mark the first for Showers at AT&T stadium since joining the Cowboys.
