Las Cruces Police and FBI are searching for a bank robbery suspect

The Las Cruces Police Department, along with the FBI, is looking for a man who they say robbed a bank on Monday.

It happened at the U.S. Bank located on 901 E. University Avenue around 3 p.m.

Police say that the suspect did not use a weapon and left the scene on foot.

They are describing him as white, about 5-feet 6-inches tall with a stocky build. Witnesses describe the suspect as wearing blue jeans and a gray shirt.
