catholic school are going head to head — but it’s for a good cause. in today’s estela’s escuelas. … we take you to the upper valley school, where 7th- and 8th- graders have come up with different ways to raise money. it’s not for them — it’s to help families pay tuition. as you might know, not every one can afford a catholic education. but through that education, students have learned to help others. they told us how they raised money. sot full joseph vargas “i cooked at my house for my family, and they game me money ” st matthew is aimed to a be an economically diverse school. so we want the children who can affrod the 100 percent tuition. so the fund will fo toward giving those student financial aid. the money collected helps replenish the school’s endowment fund, which also provides scholarships. by the way both seventh- or eighth-grade classes met and exceed their challenge. they’re going to be treated to a pool party. it’s finally here! the high school football season kicks
