Abie Han’s knockout win improves record to 25-3

Abie Han faced off against Freddy Lopez of Casas Grandes, Mexico, Saturday night in an 8-round, middleweight bout at Dream Arena.

To put it simply, the fight didn’t last long. Abie Han won by knockout with a devastating shot to the body with just 2:25 remaining in the second round. After this fight, Han is now 25-3 overall with 15 knockouts.

Lopez’s record drops to 9-2 with seven knockouts.

Han said there was no footage on his opponent, but felt he was still prepared due to his training.

“I had nothing there was no footage on him,” Han said. “He is undefeated but I was smart, waited, during training camp we had different spars, inside outside southpaw regular so I had a lot of help so I was pretty much prepared for anything.”
