El Paso Police cancel search for missing teen because she is voluntary runaway
Update: El Paso Police have canceled the missing person alert for Karen Janette Gallardo after Crimes Against Persons detectives determined that Gallardo’s absence is voluntary as a runaway.
Original Story: An Irvin High School student was reported missing by her mother when she did not come home from school.
El Paso Police say 15-year-old Karen Janette Gallardo may be in danger.
She was last seen wearing a gray plaid shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.
