Woman says she was bound gagged and sexually assaulted

a woman on labor day. the assault happened at around 4 o’clock in the morning in far northeast el paso on the 11-thousand 6-hundred block of dyer. relatives of the victim tell us they’ve seen the man in the area before. abc-7’s jerry najera spoke with the victim and her relatives he is live with the story… rick estela she was not ready to go on camera but a relative spoke with us about what happened the day of the assault. pkg on this day at the van horn estate apartments everything seems quite and peacefull. but early monday morning it was a different story for a woman who went for a walk. “while sh was returning home seconds after she passed that man that man backtracked covered her mouth” a relative who lives with the victim tells us he doesn’t want to be identified. he believes he’s seen the attacker around the apartment complex before. he tells me the victim was near this dark road and explains the aggressive attack. the attacker gripping her hair to the root. “dragged her into the desert where he bonded her tied her up and held her captive for two hours while he sexually assaulted her” th victim did hear a few words from her alleged attacker. “told her that if she tried to escape he would kill her and to comply or else she would die” the relative says once she was set free it wasn’t the last she saw of him. “she found someone passing by stopped them in the middle of the road and while she was being brought back to our home she saw him enter our apartment complex” the victim says she was able to see her attacker. she created this composite sketch saying he was a hispanic man in his late teens early twenties about 5’8′ she also mentioned he was slightly overweight about 200 pounds. this is a flyer they made themsleves and our passing it around the complex. “don’ think this wont happen to you it can happen to anyone everybody always says that when it’s too late so always have you’re precautions” police tell us the case is under investigation and if you recognize the man or have any information please call police immediately. only on abc-seven tonight… sheriff ki vigil says the dona
