Fort Bliss is celebrating Oktoberfest 2015 at Biggs Park, Sept. 18-20

Fort Bliss is celebrating Oktoberfest 2015 at Biggs Park, Sept. 18-20, and
the greater El Paso community is invited.

Tickets are available now at both MWR ITR locations and at Eventbrite.com.
Friday and Saturday will be for people ages 18 and up. Sunday will be a free family
day for all ages. The price of admission for Friday and Saturday is $35 and
will include an authentic German meal and collectible beer stein.

This event is open to the public. Gates will open at 6 p.m.
Friday and Saturday. Sunday’s family day is from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. There will
be live entertainment all three days, including the Swinging Bavarians and
The German Air Force Schuhplattler Dance Group.

There will be a free shuttle service:

Route 1 pickup times:

Family Resilience Center parking lot, 6 p.m., 7 p.m., 8 p.m.
Replica Pool, 6:15p.m., 7:15 p.m., 8:15 p.m.

Route 2 pick-up times:

Soldier Activity Center, 6 p.m., 7 p.m., 8 p.m.
El Paso Del Norte Community Center, 6:15 p.m., 7:15 p.m., 8:15 p.m.

Return departures from Biggs Park start at 9 p.m. and continue 30 minutes
thereafter. Last shuttle departs at 12:30 a.m.
