athletic director steve patterson… … a move many fans felt was overdue … patterson was the a-d for less than 2 years but that was long enough to have fans flying a banner over the stadium which said patterson must go. he ws able to land charlie strong and shaka smart as coaches. but outside of that… it wasn’t pretty… he ticked off the fans… staff … donors and coaches at u-t… former longhorns linebacker mike perrin will be the interim a-d. let’s talk boxing… helen joseph
