Car hits semi-truck on I-10 by mile marker 0
The eastbound lane of I-10 by mile marker 0 closed this morning. That’s by the chaparral exit where a vehicle hit a semi-truck from behind. Initial information indicates the semi was parked on the right side emergency lane. But the driver of the passenger car didn’t see it and hit it from behind. Several people were injured in the crash. They were taken to area hospitals. At least one was flown to university medical center for treatment.
