Deadly house party

A house party turns deadly in Canutillo, Texas .

El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a medical call at the 100 block of Dixie on Saturday.

Deputies say 24-year-old Edger Cardenas allegedly stabbed 19-year-old Luis Delgado several times during a fight.

Delgado suffered several stab wounds and was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit and Crime Scene Unit took over the investigation and identified Edgar Cardenas as the person responsible for the stabbing.

Cardenas was later arrested and charged with murder, he was booked into the El Paso County Detention facility under a $1 million bond.
