Power outages reported across the city
As of Noon today, El Paso Electric has reported two separate outages in West and Downtown El Paso.
These outages are impacting UTEP and the County Courthouse.
Student at UTEP are reportedly being escorted out of classes.
EPE says it’s a substation issue at Sunset location and crews are en-route.
