One man dead after overnight rollover

One man is dead after an overnight rollover.

It happened around 2:30 A.M Sunday on the 1300 block of Joe Battle.

Police say 28-year old Joel Herrera was driving south on Joe Battle when he lost control of his car and hit a guardrail, forcing the car to roll over several times. Herrera was ejected from the car and died at the scene.

Police believe Herrera was speeding. This is the 22nd traffic fatality of 2016 compared to 13 this time in 2015.
