Downtown clothing store catches fire

a downtown clothing store up in flames. it’s a fire so big, el paso firefighters cannot get inside the building! so they are in a business nextdoor trying to put the flames out. it’s all happeneing at the corner of el paso street and third… south of paisano. that’s where abc-7’s evan folan is live at the scene…. evan. tomorrow el paso city council will
