Second suspect in Fabens home invasion identified

Sheriff’s deputies have identified one the men allegedly involved in a violent home invasion on June 11, 2016.

Angel Martinez, 19, is wanted on a warrant for Burglary of a Habitation. Investigators said he is known to travel in between Fabens and Midland, Texas.

Several armed individuals broke into a home in Fabens while the homeowner and his family were asleep.

Deputies said the suspects assaulted a person inside the home during a confrontation, then fired a weapon to threaten the family.

The men burglarized the home, deputies added.

Earlier this month, investigators with the Sheriff’s Office identified one of the suspects as 18-year-old Frankie Sanchez Jr. Deputies arrested the man and charged him with Burglary of a Habitation, a felony offense.

Sanchez was booked into the El Paso County Detention facility under a $100,000.00 Bond.
