Officials investigate fire at apartment Tuesday night
The West Valley Fire Department (WVFD) is investigating an apartment fire that happened Tuesday night.
According to the Fire Department it started just before 8 p.m. on the 8700 block of Tom Mays Drive.
When fire crews arrived, they say they found flames coming from a detached apartment. MVFD officials tell ABC-7 the flames were threatening neighboring homes.
The family was able to safely evacuate and no one was injured .
The cause is still under investigation.
