Upper Valley SWAT situation ends with no arrests

A SWAT situation in the upper valley is over that began Monday night.

According to the El Paso Police twitter page, it began around 10 p.m. on the 4000 block of Emory Road.

Police tweeted the situation was over two hours later. No arrests were made.
