Investigators identify man who died after being assaulted at Ascarate Park
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office identified the man who died after being assaulted at Ascarate Park as 45-year-old Peter Baca.
The Sheriff’s Office asks anyone who visited Ascarate Park on the evening of Sunday, July 31st, 2016 and may have witnessed or have information regarding this incident to please contact the Sheriff’s Office at (915) 546-2280.
Deputies were called out to Ascarate Park around 11:30 p.m. Baca was transported to University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
