Funeral plans made for Anthony boy killed in hit-and-run
Funeral arrangements have been made for the 6-year-old boy who was killed in Anthony following a hit-and-run crash.
Sebastian Angel Fragoso’s funeral will be open to the public. The viewing will be from 5 to 9pm Friday at the Martin Funeral Home on Resler. The burial will take place Saturday morning at 9 at St. Anthony Church on Lincoln Street.
The family tells ABC-7 that Operation Hope and the funeral home are covering the costs of the funeral. ABC-7 has also learned that since Sebastian was a fan of Batman, the family has found a Batman to lead the funeral procession.
Police have arrested 53-year-old Jose Bricino for the death of Sebastian. He is charged with fleeing the scene and failure to render aid.
