Sandbag distribution hours extended Tuesday and Wednesday

Seasonal sandbag distribution sites will open early Tuesday and Wednesday this week so customers can prepare for the expected heavy rainfall in El Paso.

Hours will be extended at the Mission Valley, west, central and east areas of El Paso, and hours remain the same at the Stormwater Operations Center.

Normal hours will resume Thursday.

East: Cielo Vista Booster Station

Customers in flood-prone areas are encouraged to have sandbags on hand before the heavy rains begin. The limit is 15 bags per visit.
