Rain chances continue followed by warmer afternoon temperatures

Tropical moisture will continue to spread across the Borderland
Wednesday afternoon, producing scattered showers and thunderstorms.

Warmer temperatures are in store for the Borderland, instability will increase
thunderstorm activity.

A few of these storms could become strong,Thursday and Friday. Drier air moves in for the weekend, skies will be mostly clear.

El Paso: Partly cloudy with a 10% chance of showers and
thunderstorms. Forecast High: 82 degrees,southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight, mostly cloudy with a 10% chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms.
lows around 60 degrees. Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph.

Las Cruces: Partly cloudy with a 20% chance for isolated showers and thunderstorms.
Forecast High: 80 degrees. East winds 10 to 15 mph.

Tonight, mostly cloudy with a 10% chance for isolated showers and thunderstorms.
lows in the upper 50s. Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph.
