NMSU system puts big bond on November ballot

New Mexico State University is asking voters to check “yes” on the GO Bond C.

If approved, the $131 million general obligation bond will fund renovations for aging building at universities and colleges across the state of New Mexico.

A portion of the bond, $22.5 million, would go toward NMSU’s Las Cruces campus.

The bond would not increase taxes.
