TRAFFIC ALERT: Semi rollover near Midland affecting traffic on I 20

An ABC-7 viewer reports drivers on I-20 East are stuck on the highway due to two separate incidents.
The first, is the rollover of a diesel tanker on I-20 East outside Midland.
The second, is the closure of a bridge on Highway 158 beween Midland and Odessa.
The viewer reports the back up extends for miles.
