Police remove military ordnance found near Walmart in Northeast EP

The El Paso Police Department’s bomb squad removed military artillery dug up near the Walmart at US 54 and Martin Luther King in Northeast El Paso.

Officers responded to the Walmart property at about 7:30 am Monday.

No injuries were reported.
