Document: Arizona man accused of walking naked during festival in Mesilla, children present
An Arizona man is accused of exposing himself during a festival outside a southern New Mexico church, court documents obtained by ABC-7’s New Mexico Mobile Newsroom state.
David Limon, 37, is charged with Aggravated Indecent Exposure, online jail records show.
On Saturday September 16, 2017, police were called to the church located at 2070 Calle de Santiago in Mesilla, New Mexico. People called to report a man was standing naked on the steps of the church.
Hundreds of people, including children, were present and witnessed the alleged incident, a court document states.
Limon allegedly walked through a festival area where children were present and playing. Some of the children alerted the fire marshal about the naked man, the document further states.
A responding police officer allegedly spotted Limon walking naked at the intersection of Calle de Principal and Calle de Santiago, the court document states.
“Officer did observe him naked, intentionally exposing his primary genital area,” the document states.
