11 Routes detoured for Chalk the Block

Chalk the Block events in the Downtown area will require Sun Metro to detour Routes 1, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 34, 35, 36, 50 and Brio beginning Friday, October 6, 2017, through Monday, October 9, 2017.

The detours will affect bus stops along Franklin and Oregon within the festival’s footprint. Passengers may board the outbound routes at the Downtown Transfer Center. Sun Metro drivers will make courtesy stops along the detoured routes as necessary. Impacted routes:

Route 1 Detour

Buses traveling outbound from the Downtown Transfer Center will turn left onto Oregon, right onto Paisano, left onto Campbell, left onto Missouri, right onto Oregon returning to the regular route.

Route 9 Detour

Buses traveling outbound from Santa Fe will turn right onto Wyoming, right onto Kansas returning to the regular route.

Routes 10, 11, 14 and 15 Detours

Buses traveling outbound from Fourth Street will turn left onto Oregon, right onto Paisano, left onto Campbell, left onto Missouri, right onto Oregon returning to the regular route.

Buses traveling inbound from Oregon will turn right onto Missouri, left onto Santa Fe returning to the regular route.

Routes 34, 35, 36 and 50 Detours

Buses traveling outbound from Fourth Street will turn left onto Oregon, right onto Paisano, left onto Campbell, left onto Missouri, right onto Stanton returning to the regular route.

Buses traveling inbound from Oregon will turn right onto Missouri, left onto Santa Fe returning to the Downtown Transfer Center.

Routes 205 (Brio) Detour

Buses traveling outbound from Fourth Street will turn left onto Mesa, right onto San Antonio, left onto Stanton, left onto Missouri, right onto Oregon returning to the regular route.

Buses traveling inbound from Oregon will turn right onto Missouri, left onto Santa Fe returning to the Downtown Transfer Center.
