Fire at Eastside apartment complex leads to evacuations

The El Paso Fire Department says they responded to a call on an apartment fire in East El Paso at 2:48 PM. It is considered a condition 3 fire, meaning smoke and flames are visible.

According to a caller the fire is at the WindTree Apartments located at 2990 Trawood Dr.. This is a breaking news story and we will continue to update it as more information comes in.
