Family of young girl’s donated organs meets with recipients

A family who donated the organs of a young girl who died in September of 2015 met two of the six recipients Thursday.

The family of Tiffany Herrera visited with Micheal Carlton, who received her heart and Bailey Gorman, who received her lungs. The Herrera family also got the opportunity to listen to the donated heart’s beat.
