UPDATE: I-10 E @ Executive all lanes open; back up to Sunland Park

All lanes now open.

The El Paso Police Department tweeted there is a stalled semi truck on I-10 East at Executive. Traffic is backed up to Sunland Park.

They add there was also a collision around 5:30 P.M. The right two lanes are also closed.

Avoid the area.
