Horizon-area schools will operate normally as water is restored
Horizon-area schools will operate normally today as crews work to restore water, according to the Clint Independent School District.
Schools in the Socorro Independent School District will have a regular schedule as well, district spokesman Daniel Escobar said.
Escobar said if water becomes limited in schools as crews work, staff will be on hand with bottled water.
School restrooms should reportedly work normally and there will be no shortage of meals in school cafeterias, Escobar said.
The CISD Facebook page says bus schedules may have a slight delay.
