UPDATE: Police identify man killed Friday in Northeast El Paso

Police have identified the man killed Friday night in Northeast El Paso.

The shooting happened about 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of Railroad Drive and Quail Ave.

Police say 39-year-old Antonio Razo was driving when he stopped at the intersection of Quail and Railroad and approached a vehicle in front of him. Police say that’s when Razo was shot. The vehicle and driver fled the scene. Bystanders rendered aid to Razo, but he was then taken to UMC where he later died.
