Police search for man who robbed a Dollar General store

Police in Horizon City are looking for a robbery suspect who targeted a Dollar General store on Aug. 13.

The police department released video of a man holding up the clerk and another employee at the store on the 14000 block of Horizon Boulevard. The man waved a knife at the employees and demanded money, and then ran away with an undisclosed amount of cash. The employees were not hurt.

The suspect is described as Hispanic, with a medium build and a goatee. He appears to be between 5’5″ and 5’10” tall, and was last seen wearing khaki cargo shorts, a dark long-sleeved T-shirt and Nike shoes. A witness saw him heading west on Horizon Blvd.
